Master Plan Design of a New Public Park in Downtown Miami, Repuposing the Old Miami Area Site into a Series of Open Spaces for Marjor Festival/Events with Trails Traversing a Proment Earth Form Creating Different Micro-Climates. Spoke at public city heraings to advocate for parks & greenways on derelict sites throughout Miami.
Miami Beach Botanical Garden:
Provided Landscape Installation and Consulting Services for the recently completed Botanical Garden design by Raymond Jungles. Vincent Relocated more then 175 Existing Trees and Sourced, Purchased and Installed All Plant Material, Specimens. Award Received from Mayor of Miami Beach.
Miami Beach Convention Center:
Redesigned the existing Convention Center Landscaping. Designed & Permited inside and out.
OASIS: 150 Home Planned Community Development:
Created Overall Landscape Plan & Designed all Amenity Areas & Water Features included Swimming Pools & Spas, Designed all Hardscape areas including Walkways and Terraces. Designed entire Landscape Plan & Street Tree Plans. Doral, Florida.
Master Planned Community, St. Croix, Virgin Islands:
Involved Site Analysis for potential yield, created Master Plan for the new housing development including street & lot layouts along with overall street tree, open space plan & commercial retail district.
KARU&Y:
Night Club Venue, Miami. 35,000 Square Foot Event Spaces, Paths and Cabana Table Service, With Mature Specimen Trees and Palms, Water Walls & Chicki Hut Pavilion equipped with Audio Visual Equipment.
Roof Top Penthouse:
Designed a 20,000 Square Foot Private Modern Rooftop Garden & Facade of Architecture. Penthouse in Downtown Miami. Amenities include a Swimming Pool, 3 Water Walls, Outdoor Kitchen & Dinning Terrace, Yoga Platform Area, Outdoor Shower, Event Lawns, Outdoor Lounge Areas with Gardens & FAA approved Heli-Pad.
Luxuray Waterfront Residences:
Star Island, Palm Island, Sunset Island, North Bay Road, La Gorce Island, Jacksonville Florida and Tiburon California.
Brickel House Condo:
Designed & Versaw installation for all exterior spaces including 56th Pool Area, 14th Level Pool Area, Office Level & Ground Level Areas.

Currently designing overall landscape plans including new amenitiy level improvments, main ground level pool area, new cabana garden, Playground, Dog Run, Streetfront and Valet.
