VFD is a licensed, creative, landscape architectural design studio dedicated to providing our clients with a professional, personalized experience in tandem with one-of-a-kind, mindful designs. We explore the relationships between nature and the man-made environment with a focus on sustainability and sophistication. VFD creates landscapes that engage the architecture while at the same time respecting the surrounding environment. Strict attention is given to recharge and infiltration through a variety of sustainable techniques using both built structures and biomass plantings and giving disciplined focus to drought-tolerant, low maintenance, stormwater harvesting.
